My baso% in blood test result is 1.4. is this okay? and sometimes under my eyes appear red dots (under skin), look like freckles but red (not acne). they disappear after 2 days. i'm quite worried about this too. does high baso lead this ?

That transient skin finding is less likely related to the mild basophilia. I won't worry much for now but would prefer a repeat CBC with differential in a month for ruling out persistent basophilia. If it persists, then your family doctor will plan the next step. Not uncommonly have I seen this transient change and most of the time the cause can't be found. Good luck.
