I am having symptoms that include blistering and what looks like a cycst in the vaginal area. i have been treated for bv and genital herpes and nothing has changed. what could it be?

If it's herpes, it takes a couple of days for treatment to work. If longer than that, and assuming you were given proper treatment for herpes (acyclovir or valacyclovir), there are other conditions that can cause this sort of thing. Keep working with your doctor, and/or get a second opinion, ideally from a dermatologist. Good luck.
