Does breo-elipta make someone immunocompromised especially if they have an (unmedicated) autoimmune disorder (sjogren's)?

This medication does have a steroid in it and this medication class can cause immunosuppression. But, when the steroid is inhaled, very little of it is systemically absorbed-most of it acts locally in the lungs themselves. So, inhaled steroids are far less likely to cause immunosuppression than when steroids are taken systemically. This is something you would want to discuss with your doctor.
