Blood with wiping when you urinate can come from urine, vagina or rectum. If from the urine that is typical of a urine infection which is very common in a woman your age. If the from the vagina, that is not good and should be investigated. If from the rectum, the most common reason would be hemorrhoids however other things are possible. Best to have a doctor's appointment to assess.
