Can hiv be transmitted if my barber touches my acne and uses his nails?

No risk at all. Nobody in the world has ever been known to have caught HIV from barbering or other cosmetic procedures (like manicures). Nothing to worry about.

HIV is is not transmitted by touching acne with finger nails. HIV is transferred by sexual activity shared IV drug use , needle sticks with HIV, tainted blood and blood to blood contact with open wound with HIV
