This would be better answered by your treating doc that knows the technique used. . It can take 6 weeks for good tissue healing. Do this too soon and the engorgement & stretch on the cut lines could cause a rupture along the incision. Get clearance or do at your own risk.

NO. the area has to heal completely and will take at least 3-4 weeks to do so- otherwise you risk disrupting the suture line area- for masturbation or sex requires rapid movement of the skin of the penis.
