Do not worry, you will not die and the images will be perfectly readable.

Any metals in mouth that are cemented and not removeable will be fine. There will be no dislodgment or weakening. Sometimes there is a slight temperature elevation in the metals but nothing to be concerned with. This will be explained to you before your MRI.
