You have HSV1 for sure, and probably with HSV2 as well -- but this assumes your HSV2 value of 10.60 is substantially above the cut-off value for a positive result. That value should be apparent in the lab report. Half of all people are HSV1 positive, usually not important. HSV2 is a different matter: even without symptoms, positive result means genital herpes that can be transmitted to partners.
