A member asked:

Would toxic shock present itself with only one episode of vomiting, and no other symptoms? left a tampon in too long on the same day as the episode of vomiting but also ate at a restaurant. normal bp, no fever/rash, normal pulse and feel better now?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Toxic shock by definition is a state of "shock", where the blood pressure and cardiac output is too low to sustain normal organ function. A single episode of vomiting would not qualify as remotely related to the disorder. With the other readings normal I would not consider it an issue.
