22 year old, chest pain, shortness of breathe and dizziness. i do have a history of severe anxiety and asthma.. could it be a heart attack?

Not heart attack: Just by listening to the presentation, i think you are having a panic attack. Asthma could do this due to hyperventilation, but it seems more like panic attack with hyperventilation and feeling of doom. Go to your doctor and be treated appropriately or at least be reassured and help you cope with the anxiety.

Heart attack is: Unlikely in a 22 year old female. If you have been diagnosed with panic disorder, cardiac causes were previously ruled out and these are the same symptoms previously experienced w panic attacks- then the chances are remote. If you haven't been medically worked up for these symptoms - would encourage that.

Would doubt it is: Heart attack however, anxiety is a diagnosis of exclusion and even if you do have anxiety you can still have other medical problems causing these symptoms. If persistent, or out of the ordinary for you see your doctor asap.
