Whiten teeth: It depends on why your teeth are "dirty", is it because your brushing isn't as effective as it needs to be. Did you take certain medications when you were a child? Did you have an accident to damage your teeth and discoloration is showing through. Anything that can stain a white shirt can stain your teeth. Get an exam to wee if whitening gel will work, or is there another problem.

Professional clean: Have you seen a dentist and had them checked? Sometimes the stains can be caused by bacteria a regular tooth brush can't remove. A dentist can tell you if your teeth need professional cleaning or if whitening is the answer you are looking for. Whitening toothpaste is not very effective for most stains. Consult your dentist.

See your dentist!: You don't mention getting professional cleanings at your dentist's office. This may help. If not, well at least you are seeing the right person trained to figure out and solve these types of problems.

Wrong assumptions: Your teeth can stain, even if your brush them every day and don't smoke or drink coffee. When was your last professional cleaning? Your dentist can remove surface stains that your toothbrush cannot. There are also professional strength whitening products to give you the smile you want. Call for an appointment.

See a dentist: You can use over the counter tooth paste or crest 3D whitening strips or pens. However, the results are not stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. See your dentist for a professional cleaning and whitening. Very predictable procedure.
