Urine pregnancy tests can be positive at the point a regular cycle is missed. It can be falsely negative early, but a delay caused by pregnancy would be making enough hormones to give a positive test by 13 days out. Normally regular women can occasionally skip a menses or two. If it goes over 60 days with a negative test an OBGYN may offer meds to trigger menses.
