Tingling?: I'm not sure what you're describing, but if by "tingling" you're referring to itching, and it's isolated to your anus, it could be a pinworm infection, especially if it's worse at night. You should see a physician to be examined and possibly have a stool specimen examined for parasites, including pin or roundworms.
