Yes, it could be a little bit early if you got conception on day 12 (3 days after you had sex) then the fertilized egg might just be implanted for a day or two. However, currently you have not missed your menses for more than 5 days yet so it's too early to tell. You can repeat the blood test now for ruling out pregnancy or wait for a couple more days for a urine pregnancy test. Good luck.
