Can someone who has received the first gardasil vaccine still acquire and develop serious complications from hpv?

The vaccine builds immunity against 4 strains of HPV in the early vaccine if given before one is exposed. It does not treat or end complication risk of HPV acquired before the vaccine is given. There are some potential high risk strains & genital wart strains not included in the vaccine that may cause problems.
