I'm on fertomid 50 for the first time and 5 days after ovulation i have white milky discharge what could be happening?

I doubt the milky vaginal discharge be the symptom of conception and it is also not likely the side effect of fertomid. If new symptoms develop such as itching, frequency, burning urination, or bad odor then you should see a doctor for possible vaginitis. However, if you eventually miss the period for more than 5 days then urine pregnancy test should be done to rule out pregnancy. Good luck.
