I have acne all over my legs and im not sure why, its all like tiny little dots with occasional larger dots that are a brighter red- im not sure why its there and i dont know how to treat it?

Acne would not occur on legs where there are none of the skin structures that are part of that process. Skin issues need a good in person exam for proper assessment. The description is not specific to one label other than general irritation. An OTC steroid cream may help. If not improved with that in a few days have it evaluated.
