Hello. have this dime sized yellow bruise like mark at the upper left chest area. it's not painful to touch, but curious cause has never been there before. noticed it this morning. any advice would be greatly appreciated?

If it is not a stain from some contact exposure it was likely a minor unrecognized injury at least a week old. Younger injury would produce a darker purplish bruise, but bruises go through a predictable color change as they age.
