Proper management will require the bumps be evaluated. With an exam and testing if needed the potential causes can be sorted out and a plan of treatment started. A couple of possibilities come to mind but the treatments for each differ. Go get evaluated.

Without an exam it is not possible to help you. Pl see your doc or Urologist. In the meantime keep the area clean eith soap and water. Re burning -drink plenty of water and take otc AZO till you see the doc. Good luck.
