Several strategies that can help improve sleep in people with fibromyalgia. One of the most effective is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which involves working with a therapist to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to sleep problems. CBT can also help people develop relaxation techniques and other coping skills to manage stress and anxiety.

As mentioned, cognitive-behavioral approaches are of value, as are aerobic exercise, and meditation. A sleep hygiene program may help. Your current medications would not be expected to help with fibromyalgia. Suggest a second opinion.
