When we ejaculate, are all the fluids that are needed to help sperm together at the same time? like are they mixed in together? how does it work?

Between ejaculations, semen collects in two sacs called seminal vesicles. The semen there is comprised of sperm plus all fluid needed. In other words, semen is pre-mixed in the proper manner long before ejaculation occurs.

Yes- all the 'protective' fluids are there. Secretions from the various glands in the genital tract.
