No: Pre-ejaculate fluid is the clear, colorless, viscous fluid that emits from the urethra of the human penis during sexual arousal. It is similar in composition to semen but has some significant chemical differences. The presence of sperm in the fluid is debated and if present at all would be very low numbers and have no effect on one's overall sperm count.
