There are several causes of vaginal bleeding between periods. Any new or unexplained vaginal bleeding should be professionally evaluated, so see a doctor soon. Some causes are serious, and if you are sexually active, STDs (especially chlamydia and gonorrhea) are among the common causes. Good luck.
