Can you clarify?: No ethical lab simply cultures your nose or your neck, and the report of "100% streptococcus bacteria" is both unrealistic (nasal flora is always mixed) and insufficient (what kind of strep?) i hope this is not an "independent / holistic / alternative" lab. Your physician owes you a clear explanation and if you have misgivings (as i suspect you have), it's your right to a 2nd opinion.
