Based on the current guidelines, it is recommended to retest for HIV at 90 days post-exposure for conclusive results. While the HIV 1/2 AB P24 test can detect antibodies and p24 antigen as early as 4 weeks after exposure, it is not considered conclusive until 90 days have passed.

Those results are conclusive. CDC now advised 45 days for the AgAb (4th generation) blood tests. You're home free.
