See your GYN physician for guidance, who may order a pelvic sonogram and followed by a laparoscopic diagnostic exam if the ultrasound is negative. If you have a history of abdominal/pelvic infection or a surgical procedure, adhesions (scar tissue from inflammation) may be the cause.
