Tender area in pelvis slightly to the right when pushing down on area for the past couple of years. can an ovary feel tender? what else could be the cause of tenderness? no other symptoms, no change in tenderness?

See your GYN physician for guidance, who may order a pelvic sonogram and followed by a laparoscopic diagnostic exam if the ultrasound is negative. If you have a history of abdominal/pelvic infection or a surgical procedure, adhesions (scar tissue from inflammation) may be the cause.
