Is it safe to take flexeril with 30mg of cymbalta (duloxetine)?

Using cyclobenzaprine together with DULoxetine can increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called the serotonin syndrome, which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision and muscle stiffness.

Not a safe combo as drug-drug interactions are possible and the therapy is to be monitored tightly. Talk to your prescriber and/or pharmacist about alternatives/ what to expect going forward.
