Was prescribed qvar 200mcg/dose inhaler for 7 days for allergic rhinitis. i accidentally read the insert wrong and took two puffs at once instead of taking one puff twice daily. will i be ok?

You will be fine. These are slow acting meds that work over the long term. I would not make a habit of double dosing, as it doesn't make it twice as good, just makes you run out sooner.
