If i am 36 year old white male who gets wrinkly palms for 30 minutes after a shower, am i a cystic fibrosis carrier? if so, what does this mean? i am very worried. are there any health issues from this? can this just appear at age 36? please help?

Your palms draw up some water in the shower & wrinkle. Fine. Same thing will happen swimming or other forms of lengthy water exposure. It has NOTHING to do with being a CF carrier. It is not a sign of pending doom. You are overthinking this.
