You have beeturia. Your body or what you eat is causing the pigment to get into your blood stream and you kidneys pee it out . I had it once an it was scary till I remembered eating beats. You can google I for moe info.

Beets can cause the urine and stool to change colors, but your stool should still never be reddish in color. You should see your primary care doctor for testing. You are also of the age that you need colon cancer screening regardless, so you should probably make an appointment to see a gastroenterologist ASAP. Good luck.
