Is it possible for my epididymis to be detaching, because on my left testicle only one third is attached and is in pain. on my right side my epididymis is fully attached and in pain in certain spots, the pain on both testicles can reach my stomach?

It seems as though you may have taken some unfair treatment. I recommend going and seeing your doctor and have them examine you and tell you exactly what the status is. It is hard on this forum to exercise meaningful discernment. Best wishes. Dr Neil

Detachment of epidid. is very rare. If the pain persists pl get checked by a Urologist. In the meantime wear a supprt underwear.

When feeling left testicle, the top of the epididymis (epididymis head) moves around as if it is not attached to the testicle. No pain unless Im touching/moving it and the epididymis feels more prominent than the other one. Paranoid or is it normal?
