Hep B surface antibody (HBsAb) from vaccination is 100% protective. Also having core antibody (HBcAb) from being infected adds no additional protection. Exposure alone, without being infected, does not result in HBcAb and does not increase protection against additional exposures.

If you are immune from the vaccine and have adequate hepatitis B surface antibodies, you will not get an infection and you will not develop hepatitis B core antibodies. You will be protected. Congratulations on your vaccination, and good luck.
