I took an hiv 1/2 ab pr24 at 25 days and is negative. i then did an hiv finger prick test at a clinic at 45 days this was also negative. do i need to wait and 2 months for another test?

If your second test at 45 days was an antigen-antibody (AgAb, "4th generation") test, it was conclusive. There is never a need to test again. It is completely certain you do not have HIV.
