The role of diet in acne remains debatable, diet and changes in diet are definitely believed to interfere with acne’s behavior with a variety of studies with more or less convincing evidence.

There is no evidence that diet plays a roll in developing acne. Your genetic makeup can contribute to acne through the X chromosome. Keep the products you use on your skin to a minimum and cleanse often.
