Not the key: Acne is only marginally related to diet and not at all to hygiene or lifestyle. You're wasting your time if you try to clear yourself with 'pop' experiments. Get some topical benzoyl peroxide, in a strength and frequency that you can tolerate. If you're not clear in two weeks, phone your physician for something to add.
