Just watch your weig: Your weight is a reliable indicator of excess fat(fat percentage is too technical to determine or address). Based on your height, your weight should be in the range of 125 to 135 pounds. If you are 140 pounds or over, you have excess of fat which you need to get rid of by eating less and by increased physical activity like walking extra daily.
