Most likely a yeast infection. Other possibilities include chemical irritation or allergy, e.g. if you have used a vaginal hygiene product; or on rare occasions reaction to residual detergent in your underwear. Best to see a doctor. Or maybe try one of the many OTC products for yeast (look for active ingredient ending in "azole". For sure get care if that doesn't clear it up. Good luck.

Pl do not wipe the sore area but dab dry it. Try otc cortisone on the rass. If not better in a week or so pl see your doc
