As long as he is otherwise well, it is not likely to indicate an infection or another condition. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, cough and fever.

If he is acting normal, this is not a problem. Please keep an eye out for being more sleepy than usual, decreased eating/drinking, vomiting, or other changes in his behavior and have him examined by his doctor if he develops any of these symptoms.
