I'm losing a lot of inner hair and the ones at the front and am only 18, i think this is caused by seborrheic dermatitis, is it normal though? and what should i do to prevent/reduce/reverse the effects?

You should have this evaluated by a dermatologist to treat the seborrheic dermatitis and determine how to treat the hair loss, if needed. Once the seborrheic dermatitis is treated, you will be able to monitor to see if the hair returns. The dermatologist can help with this as well. Good luck to you!
