Firm axilla lymph node was 0.6 x 1.1 last year, now 0.8x 1.8 but still appears normal and they wouldnt biopsy, states no significant progression from previous, should i be concerned?

You do not "treat" normal. These numbers fall into the normal range. By themselves there is no reason to biopsy or treat. If you are preoccupied with the issue discuss it with your doc.
