The farts and abdominal discomfort might be due to gas. Try eliminating beans, onions garlic and such gaseous foods from your- also by trial and error to see what gives you gas. Eat smaller meals frequently Exercise. Vaginal discharge is not normal- but if you mean menses then see your Gyn or doc. Hope you feel better
