By the sexual encounter's timeline and the fetal age by US on Dec 21, guy #2 is the father. The bleeding in the first week of November could be an implantation bleeding because you had to be conceived in November for the fetal age of 7 weeks 3 days on December 21. Chance of pregnancy with guy #1 is likely zero. Take care.
