We need more information before we can advise you. I think you'll be best served by consulting a hepatologist or gastroenterologist for thorough evaluation& best advise and follow-up. Appropriate testing will be ordered. I assume you've already had a hepatitis panel done. Fatty liver may be the issue.

The answer will depend on what is the cause of the liver problems. It is unlikely that probiotics will make much difference. Until you have seen the liver specialist, you should avoid alcohol and acetaminophen products. The G.I. doctor will have more specific advice once it is determined why you may have liver problems.
