I'm worried something may be wrong with my pregnancy. i'm 10 weeks not showing tender breasts had a 6 week ultrasound everything was fine. am i ok?

Pregnancy "bump": It is rare to show at all until at least 16 weeks, and even then only in a thin person. At 20 weeks, the uterus reaches the belly button and usually people "show" at that time. However if you are overweight or very tall it may take even longer.
