Had protected sex with woman who had genital warts removed in past. she had been clear for 2 months but in exam today dr removed one small wart on her thigh. dr said not to worry about passing to me because so small. is this true? should i worry?

The size of a wart makes little difference, but location on the thigh suggests it probably would not be sexually transmitted. However, two months might be too soon in regard to her genital warts; she still might have transmissible HPV in the genital area. Condoms reduce but do not eliminate HPV transmission risk. Keep an eye out for warts for the next few months, but probably you're home free.
