Had whiplash,lot symptoms.mri showed vasculitis,white matter.new symptoms,voice issues,heart rate to 140 when stand, eat&random&bp v low.autoimmune issues,numb,weak1 side,dizzy,psoriases.think it's vagas nerve damage. could v nerve cause mri findings?

This does need full sorting out. Seriously doubt you could have damaged your vagal nerve, but cannot exclude POTS. Urge a cardiology consult. The white matter lesions on the MRI are nonspecific but worthy of further investigation, perhaps by a neurologist. Discuss all of this with your primary physician and pursue further answers.
