: This does need full sorting out. Seriously doubt you could have damaged your vagal nerve, but cannot exclude POTS. Urge a cardiology consult. The white matter lesions on the MRI are nonspecific but worthy of further investigation, perhaps by a neurologist. Discuss all of this with your primary physician and pursue further answers.

This does need full sorting out. Seriously doubt you could have damaged your vagal nerve, but cannot exclude POTS. Urge a cardiology consult. The white matter lesions on the MRI are nonspecific but worthy of further investigation, perhaps by a neurologist. Discuss all of this with your primary physician and pursue further answers.
