It is impossible to sort out because of diarrhea shortly after it begins. It may be related to your food, or maybe you’re developing a viral gastroenteritis. Drink lots of liquids to keep from getting dehydrated. If the diarrhea persists for longer than several days, see your primary care doctor. Good luck.
