Any person has temporary visual loss should go to the emergency room or an ophthalmologist immediately. Permanent vision loss can occur. However, this can be often be minimize or prevented by urgent treatment.

Temporary visual loss is NOT caused by variations in your bodily iron stores and may be a sign of emerging persistent loss of vision. A number of causes could be considered, such as migraine auras, transient disruption of blood flow, and retinal or vitreous detachment. Have this evaluated ASAP?
