Seem to be getting a red top of my penis alot. and it seems to burn a bit to pee too. especially in the am. a get a dull ache in urethra too. i'm a 35 year old uncircumcised male. i try and clean it good but find its worsened by soap. what's happenin?

Try cleaning with just water and maybe a mild soap and apply cortisone ointment to the area. If not better in a week or two pl see a Urologist. Good luck
