Probably your spermatic cord or vas deferens. I have felt this in other patients and probably is normal. If concerned would see your primary care doctor for an examination of the area.

It could be one of many things eg a dried sebaceous cyst. Do not touch or irrtate it. Good chance it may gradually go away. If persistent or enlarged pl see a Urologist.
